This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to www.buildintegratetrain.app, and Build. Integrate. Train. ("Company") and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include www.buildintegratetrain.app. The Company's website is a digital products and services related to business systemization, training, and software/digital business transformation site. By using the Company website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, the Company may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

-First and last name

-Mailing address

-Email address

-Phone number

If you purchase the Company's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us.

Use of your Personal Information

-in any other way we may describe when you provide the information; through your consent

-for any other purpose with your consent.

The Company may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from the Company and its affiliates.


Sharing Information with Third Parties

The Company does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.

The Company may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. (e.g. payment processors, cloud hosting providers, email marketing services or cloud storage providers). These providers are subject to contractual obligations to protect data. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to the Company, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

The Company may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on the Company or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of the Company; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Company, or the public.

Build. Integrate. Train. and third party sub-processors : In order to provide services and technical support for products, Build. Integrate. Train. engages other third parties.

Employees and independent contractors : We may provide access to your service data to our employees and individuals who are independent contractors of Build. Integrate. Train. involved in providing the services (collectively our “employees”) so that they can (i) identify, analyze and resolve errors, (ii) manually verify emails reported as spam to improve spam detection, or (iii) manage your system and/or integrations. We ensure that access by our employees to your service data is restricted to specific individuals, and is logged and audited. Our employees will also have access to data that you knowingly share with us for technical support or to import data utilizing our services. We communicate our privacy and security guidelines to our employees and strictly enforce privacy safeguards within Build. Integrate. Train.

Automatically Collected Information

The Company may automatically collect information about your computer hardware and software. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses.  This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding the use of the Company's website.

Use of Cookies

The Company's website may use "cookies" to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

At Build. Integrate. Train., we take data security very seriously.   We have taken steps to implement appropriate administrative, technical & physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure or destruction of the information you entrust to us. Locations and International Transfers

We share your personal information and service data within Build. Integrate. Train. and with third parties engaged by Build. Integrate. Train. for the purposes described above. By accessing or using our products and services or otherwise providing personal information or service data to us, you understand that the processing, transfer, and storage of your personal information or Service Data within the United States of America, the European Economic Area (EEA) and other countries where Build. Integrate. Train. operates. Such transfers are subject to appropriate data protection agreements such as a group company agreement that is based on EU Commission’s Model Contractual Clauses for data processing activities to which GDPR applies. You can write to legal@buildintegratetrain.app for obtaining a copy of the agreements on the basis of which we transfer your data within Build. Integrate. Train. and with the third parties engaged by us.

Your Rights to Information we hold about you as a Controller

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights with respect to information that Build. Integrate. Train. holds about you. Build. Integrate. Train. undertakes to provide you the same rights no matter where you choose to live.

Right to access : You have the right to access (and obtain a copy of, if required) the categories of personal information that we hold about you, including the information's source, purpose and period of processing, and the persons to whom the information is shared.

Right to rectification : You have the right to update the information we hold about you or to rectify any inaccuracies. Based on the purpose for which we use your information, you can instruct us to add supplemental information about you in our database.

Right to erasure : You have the right to request that we delete your personal information in certain circumstances, such as when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was originally collected; subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

-Delete your personal information from our records; and

-Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

-Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, and provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us;

-Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity;

-Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;

-Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise his or her right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law;

-Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act;

-Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when our deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, provided we have obtained your informed consent;

-Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us;

-Comply with an existing legal obligation; or

-Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.

Right to restriction of processing : You may also have the right to request to restrict the use of your information in certain circumstances, such as when you have objected to our use of your data but we need to verify whether we have overriding legitimate grounds to use it.

Right to data portability : You have the right to transfer your information to a third party in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, in circumstances where the information is processed with your consent or by automated means.

Right to object : You have the right to object to the use of your information in certain circumstances, such as the use of your personal information for direct marketing.

Right to complain : You have the right to complain to the appropriate supervisory authority if you have any grievance against the way we collect, use or share your information. This right may not be available to you if there is no supervisory authority dealing with data protection in your country.

Retention of Information

We retain your personal information for as long as it is required for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. Sometimes, we may retain your information for longer periods as permitted or required by law, such as to maintain suppression lists, prevent abuse, if required in connection with a legal claim or proceeding, to enforce our agreements, for tax, accounting, or to comply with other legal obligations. When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize your information from our active databases.

Information provided in connection with services : You may entrust information that you or your organization (“you”) control, to Build. Integrate. Train. in connection with use of services we provide or for requesting technical support for products. This includes information regarding your customers and your employees (if you are a controller) or data that you hold and use on behalf of another person for a specific purpose, such as a customer to whom you provide services (if you are a processor). The data may either be stored on our servers when you use our services, or transferred or shared to us as part of a request for technical support or other services by a third party.

We hold the data in your account as long as you choose to use Build. Integrate. Train.'s Services. Once you terminate your Build. Integrate. Train. user account, your data will eventually get deleted from active database during the next clean-up that occurs once in 6 months. The data deleted from active databases will be deleted from backups after 3 months.

Automation and Artificial Intelligence

In order to provide enhanced productivity and predictive capabilities to our clients, we may employ a variety of technologies such as regex parsing, template matching, artificial intelligence and machine learning. In keeping with Build. Integrate. Train.'s promise not to exploit your data in a way that is not respectful of your privacy and confidentiality expectations, we make only the following limited use of service data for these technologies: (i) using your organization's data for developing models specific for your organization. Our automation and artificial intelligence technologies are mostly powered by our own organization's data such as internal communications, communications with customers and internal documents as well as free and paid external sources.

Do Not Track (DNT) Requests

Some internet browsers have enabled 'Do Not Track' (DNT) features, which send out a signal (called the DNT signal) to the websites that you visit indicating that you don't wish to be tracked. Currently, there is no standard that governs what websites can or should do when they receive these signals. For now, we do not take action in response to these signals.

Email Communications

From time to time, the Company may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication.

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from the Company, you may opt out of such communications by unsubscribe@buildintegratetrain.app and/or clicking the unsubscribe link be provided in emails.

External Data Storage Sites

We may store your data on servers provided by third-party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.

Compliance with this Privacy Policy

 We make every efforts, including periodic reviews, to ensure that personal information you provide is used in conformity with this Privacy policy. If you have any concerns about adherence to this Privacy  Policy or the manner in which your personal information is used, please write to us at privacy@buildintegratetrain.app. We'll contact you, and if required, coordinate with the appropriate regulatory authorities to effectively address your concerns.
