Frequently Asked Questions

What is automation?

Simply put, automation is using technology to create processes with minimal human input.

Why is automation important?

Automation helps people reduce manual and hands-on tasks, allowing them more time to correspond with customers, meet with co-workers and manage their time more effectively.

I still don't get the whole automation thing, can you give me an example?

A local organization operates rental cottages, with an on-campus bookstore, walking trails and meditation. They have a paper price list that is used to charge customers for items purchased in the bookstore. This price list is 5 pages long and some items are difficult to find, because items are not listed in a specific order.

Our suggestion here, was to create a searchable document so that bookstore items can be found with a limited amount of information and chosen from a list of items matching the description.

This simple solution curates a positive customer service environment, streamlining the purchase experience.

How are you different than other automation companies?

What makes Build. Integrate. Train. different from other companies is that we are not limited to specific software. Our custom approach is based on the needs and requirements of each client. We are not bound by affiliations with any companies, which means we are free to recommend whatever software we think best suits our client's needs. Next, we provide a secure platform to store your data for migration from your current system into your new system. And lastly, we train you on how to use the software, based on user profiles. So your management will receive a high-level training experience; while the people they manage they manage receive a deep-dive into the software as an end-user. Additionally, we will work with your IT department to ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to.

What are some common challenges businesses face when it comes to finding the right software?

Lack of Direction

Not knowing where to start. There are so many different software options out there, it can be difficult to know where to start your search.

Lack of Time

Not having the time or resources to do thorough research. We spend anywhere from 3 to 10 hours researching, demoing software and comparing the

features and benefits to find the best options for our clients.

Lack of Knowledge

Not understanding what features are important to their organization. Every business is different, so what features are important to one business may not be

important to another. That’s why we utilize a tailored research method for each organization.
